At Unscrip ("we", "us", or "the Platform"), we believe personal renewal and deadline information is sacred. We never sell, monetize, or rent your personal documents, vehicle information, or calendar schedules to third-party data brokers or advertisers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide you with the Deadline and Renewal OS services:

• Account Data: Email address, display name, and avatar URL.
• Obligation Data: Deadlines, renewal dates, recurring intervals, cost estimates, and notes entered by you.
• Asset Data: Vehicle identification numbers (VIN), license plates, property identifiers, and serial numbers.
• Uploaded Documents: Policy documents, receipts, and registration files stored in encrypted private buckets.

3. Artificial Intelligence & Data Usage

When you use AI features such as Ask Unscrip, Document Text Extractor, or the Life Audit ("What Am I Forgetting?"), your queries and context are processed through Google Gemini free model API endpoints. Your personal data is never used to train generalized foundation models, and AI results are presented for your confirmation before any changes are committed to the database.

4. Data Deletion & Portability

You retain 100% ownership of your records. You can export your entire Unscrip data archive in standard CSV or JSON format at any time from your Account Settings, or delete your account and all associated documents permanently with one click.
